Autumn brings cooler temps, beautiful changing leaves and as you might have guessed: all things pumpkin.

Pumpkin is a great addition to the fall weather, best served in the form of pies and lattes, but we often forget the benefits of pumpkin for our skin.

WHY WE LOVE IT:
Pumpkin is packed with vitamins A and C, which help to soften and smooth the skin, all while protecting against skin damage. Add a little honey and you've got antibacterial and moisturizing benefits, too.

HOW WE MAKE IT:
Mix together 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix!) with 1 teaspoon of honey and slather it on your face. Wait 5-10 minutes*, and rinse. *This recipe can be slightly runny, so it's best to be horizontal while it's on. Power nap anyone?
